We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without notice.

3. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. All prices are displayed in EUR. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We accept credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Orders ship via DHL Express. Estimated delivery time is 10 business days. All customs and import fees are included in the product price — no surprise charges on delivery.

5. Returns and Refunds

Size exchanges are available under our Return & Exchange Policy (within 14 days of delivery), and EU/EEA consumers retain their statutory withdrawal rights. Claims for damaged or incorrect items must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery via Instagram: @brandedvista_.

6. Limitation of Liability

Vista Branded shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products.
