Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using vistabranded.com (the "Site") operated by Vista Branded ("us", "we", or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using our Site, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site.

2. Products

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without notice.

3. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. All prices are displayed in EUR. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We accept credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Orders ship with DHL tracked delivery. Estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days from order, processing included. All customs and import fees are included in the product price — no surprise charges on delivery.

5. Returns and Refunds

You can ask for a refund or a size exchange within 14 days of delivery, in any country. The item must be unworn, in original condition, with the original packaging. Send the item back first — the refund is issued after the returned parcel arrives back to us, within 14 days of arrival. Return shipping is paid by the buyer. EU/EEA consumers keep their statutory withdrawal rights. Claims for damaged or incorrect items must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery: Instagram @brandedvista_ or szaboroy29@gmail.com.

6. Limitation of Liability

Vista Branded shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
