Return & Exchange Policy

Order changes: Once payment is completed, orders cannot be cancelled. If you need a different size, contact us on Instagram @brandedvista_ within 3 business days of placing your order and we’ll update it before dispatch.

Size exchanges: We accept size exchanges within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unworn, in original condition, with the original box and packaging. Contact us on Instagram @brandedvista_ or at support@vistabranded.com with your order number. Return shipping for exchanges is covered by the buyer.

Wrong or damaged item: If you receive a wrong or transit-damaged item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. Verified claims receive a free reshipment of the correct item, or store credit — or a refund where required by law.

EU/EEA consumers — right of withdrawal: If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. To exercise this right, contact us at support@vistabranded.com for return instructions. Items must be returned unworn and in original condition; the cost of the return shipment is borne by the buyer. We refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Statutory rights: Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights, including legal conformity warranty for defective products.

Processing: Approved refunds, credits and exchanges are processed within 7–10 business days.
