Refund, Return & Exchange Policy

Order changes: Once you have paid, I cannot stop the order from being prepared, but you can return it after delivery — see Refunds and size exchanges below. If you need a different size, write on Instagram @brandedvista_ or to szaboroy29@gmail.com within 3 business days of your order, and I change it before dispatch.

Refunds and size exchanges: You can ask for a refund or a size exchange within 14 days of delivery. This applies to buyers in every country, not only in the EU. The item must be unworn, in original condition, with the original box and packaging. Write to szaboroy29@gmail.com or Instagram @brandedvista_ with your order number, and I send the return address. Send the item back first — the refund is issued after the returned parcel arrives back to me, within 14 days of arrival. Return shipping is paid by the buyer.

Wrong or damaged item: Send photos within 48 hours of delivery to szaboroy29@gmail.com or Instagram @brandedvista_. I send the correct item, or issue a refund.

EU/EEA consumers — right of withdrawal: EU/EEA consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. The same 14-day refund applies to buyers in every other country as well. Write to szaboroy29@gmail.com for return instructions. Items must be returned unworn and in original condition. Return shipping is paid by the buyer. The refund is issued within 14 days of the returned parcel arriving back to me.

Statutory rights: Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights, including legal conformity warranty for defective products.
