Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. You get a tracking number by email after dispatch.

Delivery time: Total delivery time is 7–14 business days from order, processing included. Times may vary depending on your location and local delivery conditions.

Shipping cost: Free shipping in Hungary on every order.

Carriers: We ship within Hungary via DHL. All shipments include tracking.

Pricing & customs: Prices are all-inclusive — orders arrive with no extra charges. In the rare case customs applies a fee, contact us and we’ll resolve it.

Delivery guarantee: If your order cannot be delivered, we will send a free replacement. If the replacement also fails to arrive within 30 business days, you are entitled to a full refund. Failed deliveries caused by an incorrect shipping address are not covered.
