Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. A tracking code is provided by email within 3 business days of placing your order.

Delivery time: Standard delivery takes approximately 10 business days from dispatch. Times may vary depending on your location and local delivery conditions.

Carriers: We ship worldwide via DHL and local postal services. All shipments include tracking.

Pricing & customs: Prices are all-inclusive — orders arrive with no extra charges. In the rare case customs applies a fee, contact us and we’ll resolve it.

Delivery guarantee: If your order cannot be delivered, we will send a free replacement. If the replacement also fails to arrive within 30 business days, you are entitled to a full refund. Failed deliveries caused by an incorrect shipping address are not covered.
