By purchasing, you acknowledge that you understand the nature of the products. All products are clearly described on the product pages.

Pricing

All prices are listed in EUR. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

Orders and Payment

Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed via Stripe. We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are secured with SSL encryption.

Shipping

We ship internationally via DHL and local postal services. Estimated delivery time is approximately 10 business days. Shipping times may vary due to customs processing or local delivery conditions.

Customs and Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices.

Returns & Exchanges

Size exchanges and order issues are handled under our Return & Exchange Policy. Wrong or damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
